I’m dedicated to give you the best possible value, and I want you to feel confident that you’ll love the piece of art.
That’s why, if you live in the Europe, you have two weeks to live with the piece of art in your home totally risk-free.
Here’s how it works:1. If you find a piece of art you love, have it delivered to your house and live with it for two weeks. 2. Make sure to keep the package material during this time! 3. If the piece of art doesn’t work for you, you can request a full refund by sending me a message at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure you do this within 14 days after you’ve received your painting. I also request a photo that shows the painting is in perfect shape. 4. You can use the package material you saved to securely (re)wrap the painting. 5. I’ll reach out to you in person to let you know how the return shipping works, as this depends on your location (this includes how to select the best shipping company and the right insurance – as the pieces are quite sizeable and valuable :)). 6. You are responsible for arranging the shipment of the piece of art back to Amsterdam. This includes the actual pick-up, insurance, the secure wrapping of the art work (for international orders including any taxes and duties), and the costs of the return-shipping – I will reimburse you for these costs up to €50. 7. Once the piece of art has reached my Amsterdam studio safely, I’ll give you a swift and complete refund; this includes the €50 for sending it back.
